"Lovely 5 night stay"

Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Clean comfortable bedroom. Excellent breakfast Very good central location Caroline was a really friendly, helpful and professional.host Very good value for money.

I couldn't find anything to fault, all spot on!!

Host was very friendly. Good level of cleanliness. Comfortable beds. Good location for shops, bars and restaurants. Great breakfast. Good parking available.

The Landlady Caroline is very welcoming nothing is to much trouble for her . the location is spot on for Lord st , Town centre and the sea front. We would highly recommend this Guest House and will use again one day

"At home in Southport"

Caroline is a very nice and friendly hostess, makes a delicious breakfast en serves the best coffee of Southport! Good bed and everything clean. Close to city center and train station.

I had a room with 'External Private Bathroom' but was also used by another guest because it is freely accessible. Caroline said to do something about it.
