"nice stay made better by perfect host thanks"

breakfast was very good location perfect had trouble with credit card payment so by mistake paid twice however caroline refunded the second payment with no fuss she even showed me the statement from the bank that the card had been refunded she was very honest about this as she could have kept the overpayment i was very impressed with this and told her so she is a credit to booking.com and i would stay here again and recommended the place to anyone she is proud of what she does and full credit to her she even helped me with my case when i left which was very heavy

no fault at all i agree with the comments about her on the review page she is a star
