all aspect of our stay was excellent

Everything was lovely thanks. Caroline was a great host. Good place to hang your hat. See note below. I was in room one. Great breakfast, plentiful and the cooked well balanced.

There was a resident spider in my room above the picture rail. I clocked it straight away as am scared of the things, he stayed put in the corner above the bed. Now I know Caroline would have dived up there and sorted it immediately I’d I’d said anything so I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want her doing that as the picture rail is very high. There were a few webs and dust up there. It just put me off a bit and maybe that room is not used too much.

I found everything was absolutely fine.

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel within walking distance of shops beach etc. Caroline is a very welcoming host and works exceptionally hard to ensure the comfort of her guests. In addition cooks a very nice home cooked english breakfast!. Highly recommend

Very comfortable bed, luxuriously appointed. Best omelettes in town.

Excellent clean and tidy hotel and room, very well presented and friendly warm staff

Rooms are entered and cleaned daily which wasnt aware of , it's very unusual for us to of experienced as never been had that done even at 5 star hotels unless requested to have beds made. But it's just a personal touch the host does to ensure rooms are tidied .

Lovely hostess nothing was too much trouble . Nice clean room with a very comfy bed plenty of room in both the bedroom and shower room and woke to an excellent cooked breakfast .

Nothing not to like !
