The air conditioning didn't cool the room well.

Having regular Televison too!

The location is very convenient for traveling to or from Palermo airport. Check-in process was very easy and convenient. Modern interior.

Unfortunately, the building and the rooms are very noisy, so you can hear the street loudly. On a Wednesday night the street was always busy, even with loud motorcycles. The room is stuffy, but you can't leave the windows open because of the background noise. Apartment looks and smells like a doctor's office.

New. Clean. Good central location and a very short walk to the square.

i like the new palace, the new rooms, space in the rooms, design modern but at the same time with touch of Sicily. The automatic check-in and wellcome by code. The breakfast at Friends and the location of the place. The terrace view is wow see the sunset and take sun. Plus you have an elevator. For me lover of new and modern style it is the best place. The host is always available and helpfull.

Cleanliness

Site stated 24 hour reception. There wasn’t! Phone numbers didn’t work! Once we finally were in contact trying to drop off luggage, we were given multiple codes for front door and each room, in Italian only. We are English speakers, with the help of our driver eventually we’re able to get in and drop off luggage. We never saw a real person.
