Site stated 24 hour reception. There wasn’t! Phone numbers didn’t work! Once we finally were in contact trying to drop off luggage, we were given multiple codes for front door and each room, in Italian only. We are English speakers, with the help of our driver eventually we’re able to get in and drop off luggage. We never saw a real person.

Staff were amazing and the room was perfect. the whole local area is full of very kind locals and the food is amazing

It was clean and spacious 

The hostess went out of her way to accommodate us even with a late arrival. Her patience was above and beyond and we were very grateful for a clean and comfortable place to stay after a long day of travel

My check-in experience with Francesca and Elisa was BEYOND expectations. They helped me so much with my last minute booking, and were so understand and helpful in all areas!! Staff was extremely friendly, rooms are very clean and comfy, I also want to note that the location and building felt very safe. Breakfast was nice, it was a short walk to a square with many shops! Francesca also recommended seeing Pariola Beach close by, if not then Magaggiari Beach! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had some trouble finding the breakfast place as it was located on the Duomo Square, some walk away from the apartment.

We wanted to have a glass of wine on the balcony but could not find any glasses in the apartment. The only container thing we could find was plastic espresso cups, but the host provided bigger plastic cups after we connected them. Drinking cups from glass is kind of more romantic :)
