Brinkhouse Guesthouse , Unawatuna beach

Пляж буквально через дорогу, пройти можно через любой ресторан первой линии. В комнате чисто, кондиционер работает, есть кружки и тарелки. Во дворе видела варана 2раза, одним утром обезьяны на деревьях скакали, еще павлин ходил.

Слышимость очень хорошая, когда в соседний номер заселились гости, поняла что со звукоизоляцией есть проблемы. Это было в последний день и совсем недолго, поэтому общего впечатления не испортило.

Loved our stay at Brinkhouse. The room was beautiful and spacious with a really nice balcony. The AC was also really good.

My husband and I stayed at Brinkhouse and I think it was our favourite accommodation in the whole month we were in Sri Lanka. We stayed in the Deluxe room which was so worth it. The bed was really comfortable, we had a lovely balcony that got sun in the day time, the whole room was extremely clean and modern. A bonus was the small kitchen area in the room, so useful! The family were extremely friendly, I couldn’t recommend brinkhouse enough! The location was absolutely perfect, tucked away but still in the main heart of Unawatuna, just perfect.

No safety deposit box in the room

Perfect location. Very kind and efficient staff. We stayed at the deluxe room and was the best one of all our trip to Sri Lanka.

They have wifi in the room, the reception is not the best one, but works.

The hotel is about a minute's walk from the beach. The rooms are clean, large and spacious. The internet works great. The breakfast is excellent. The host family at the hotel goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, the owner helps a lot. An example that happened to me - my cell phone fell into the sea, the owner tried to help me dry it and when we still couldn't fix it, he drove with me in his private car to another city to find me a repair lab. We went through several places until we found a lab that fixed my phone. In summary, a great price for a great place. Highly recommend.

The rooms are a bit outdated, it didn't bother me but maybe it might bother other people. In addition, I took a room without air conditioning, although it had several fans, it was very difficult to manage in the room in the Sri Lankan weather. On the other hand, there are rooms with air conditioning in the hotel, so I highly recommend booking them. I didn't pay attention to this emphasis when booking and when I arrived and saw that I had booked a room without air conditioning, the other rooms with air conditioning were already occupied. Other than that, a great place with lots of nature around - I got to see a power lizard and squirrels in the yard during breakfast more than once.

Hosts were fabulous very welcoming and the breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka. Property was 5 mins from the beach
