nice garden, friendly staff, very nice

Calm surroundings and a beautiful little garden. Cozy little huts (incl A/C) with patio, where you can read and relax with fan. Walking-distance to Main Point für surf, Short Walk to main road. Theepan runs the place and is very kind and helpful. He organized also transport for us back to South Coast Midigama.

Like a small retreat, just 3 appartements around a paradisic garden. Which is nice even during off-season.

Perfect location if you wanna live close to the surfbreak in town and close to the restaurants and beach bars. The rooms are so pretty and spacious with a covered balcony. We learned how to open a coconut ourselves, that was lovely and the garden is super beautiful with lots of trees and animal sounds.

The bed was veeery soft and the pillows were huge and really hard to sleep on and the bathroom was not a 10/10 clean with some leftover hair on the windows - how ever that ended up there.

No hot water, cleanliness of kitchen space

The location is perfect - only about 200m to the main beach (main point and baby point) and walking distance to main street. Very quiet location. I felt totally safe there on my own. It's very quiet and private, I think there's only 3 villas onsite. The outdoor garden is lovely too. There is an outdoor shower which is very handy (only saw it on my second last day tho as it's camouflaged in the trees). The villa is very spacious inside, and the bathroom is large too. The outdoor patio is also a nice spot to chill. Note there is no hot water, but the weather is so hot anyway that you don't need warm showers.

Great garden for my children to play in, great set up in the house, and close to the beach.

Caught out by the 15% tax on top.
