The staff was very cooperative. Both the room and bathroom were nice and clean + well-maintained. Breakfast was good too and reception desk was always available to help 24/7. Everything is to a walkable distance and you can order almost everything online as well. Metro station, coffee shops, F6 Markaz, restaurants, and supermarkets, everything is under a 5 to 15 min walk. Diplomatic Enclave/embassies are also just under a 12 min drive from the guesthouse. The area is super safe and quiet. Room service was also amazing and the staff is really nice and helpful. The building is renovated though, but everything seemed perfect - great value for the price too. Perfect for an individual or family stay.

If you have a room next to the reception and someone's being really loud in the lobby, you can probably hear all of it. Other than that, honestly everything was perfect and up to par with the already existing reviews. Both the owner and staff were nice and cooperative.

The rooms were very clean with good privacy, and the staff was very welcoming. Sajid bhai there took great care of us. We had all the facilities such as laundry, ironing, hot water, clean bathrooms, and a great breakfast. The stay was well worth and I'd love to stay there again in the future!

部屋は問題なし。 スタッフ（ご家族？）は人によっては声をかけても無視されたり、他の人に依頼した事が連携されていなかったりする。 オーナーはこちらに顔を向けないまま返事をしたり放置したりしてくるが、WhatsAppではきちんと返信してくれる。 普通に寝る分には問題ない。 一番大問題だったのは宿で手配してもらったドライバーで、二人手配したが二人ともトラブルがあった。 ボッタクリレストランにつれていかれたり、停まる約束だった観光スポットを早く帰りたがって意図的に無視したり、後からお金を要求してきたりと、無礼な事ばかりで、ここで会ったドライバー二人のおかげでパキスタンの思い出はかなり悪くなった。 相場よりかなり高い車代を払っても宿がピンハネするだけで、ドライバーは知り合いレベルの素人がアサインされる。

Water is distilled(khara pani) ..pressure of water in shower is very low so it will take more time during bath....
