The gentleman who checked me in was quite friendly and hospitable

I did not like that there was a dog there made me feel uncomfortable. The sheets smelled like someone slept in them before, they don't invest in quality bedding/

Excellent location at a good price. The host was really helpful and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. There was a little confusion about the number of beds in the room we booked, but he moved us to a proper twin for free.
