Comfortable accommodation for the price.

Location and aesthetics not ideal - surrounding area needs a clean up - not necessarily the fault of the establishment; security provided behind locked gates however. Was under the impression that it was a non-smoking establishment which was not enforced.

They are nice. I was supposed to check in before 6pm, but my bus had delays ( I was panicking) and I ended up checking in at 9pm. They told me not to worry they’ll help me out even after hours. They kept calling and checking up on me on until I arrived at their practice. I was welcomed by the little cute dog as well, she kept trying to play with me. The staff there is really nice. The place is also safe, there is some military building opposite it and it’s a few minutes away from outlets and Sol Plaatje.

Nothing was unpleasant.

The smart lights' fan was really nice and the bed was very comfortable

The shower head was incorrectly put on, and thus, the water sprayed everywhere, wetting our clothes we put in the bathroom. I managed to turn the shower head so that it sprays on the ceiling inside the shower instead. The wifi was also not working, so I had to hotspot the smart tv with my phone in order to use it because there were no other channels or anything to watch without wifi.
