Food and hospitality was exceptional. The hostess is very friendly. Amazing high quality breakfast and dinner. Very nice location. Beautiful surroundimgs close to lake Toya

Saeko is an excellent host, breakfast was very good and the accomodation is private and self-contained with view to the Lake. It’s in a rural aerea, car is needed.

"Great host and house, perfect for our family of 4"

Very gracious, sweet, and kind host, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Enjoyed our breakfast and the variety every morning. Nice spacious house overlooking Lake Toya. Location is very peaceful, about 20 min from Rusutsu. We were able to send our skis in advance to the house and she helped us in shipping our skis back home!

Since there isn’t much eating places close by we mostly ate in and the upstairs kitchen is small. The host was very accommodating though and happy to let us use hers (we just didn’t like to keep bothering her)

Very authentic and genuine guesthouse stay. The host is very nice and friendly and made us a different delicious breakfast every day. The house is located in a really quiet location, with a view to the lake. Super comfortable stay, highly recomended.

Needs a car to get to. 20m drive to the snow resort.

"Very, very good!"

The breakfast was amazing. The owner is very sweet and gives a lot of tips and is very helpful. She is very thoughtful. We had an amazing time and will never forget it. The room was very big, more than enough space and very well equipped. It's good to have a car though.
