This was one of the best stays. The location was amazing: the view from the room was magical, rusutsu ski resort was close by and nice skiing. Niseko was close enough for a day trip of skiing and the lake by the guesthouse was gorgeous. The rooms were amazing. Best sleep I've had in a long time and it was big, cozy and comfortable all around. Everything you need is there (even though I didn't try out the electric burner). The bathtub was really great to have after a cold day out skiing. But the owner/host was the best. She was super friendly and had the best tips for all around Japan to travel. She really did her best to give us a great experience on our trip. Furthermore the breakfast was absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back here.

It wasn't bad but good to know: you should come here with a car, there is no close possibility to shop.
