Enjoyable couple of days comfortable beds

We haven't used a b&b for sometime whilst visiting Llandudno. From the point of view of value for money, the room was very nice, everything we needed, breakfast very good with great service. Location spot on.

There was nothing we both didn't have anything to dislike about. The welcome we had was great and we felt very comfortable during our two day visit. If I had to say one thing, the parking outside the front was very tight. Difficulty getting passed.

The accommodation is a walk by all the shops, restaurants and the beach, really well located.

Unfortunately, we experienced lots of unpleasent noises, laughs and loud conversations coming from next room at innapropriate times.

The room 7 we had was very clean and beds were very comfortable nice tv plenty tea and coffee breakfast was very good juice tea toast breakfast room was very tidy and Melissa was a nice hoist good parking would have been 10/10 if we had a bath but still 9.5/10 shower had loads of very hot water it is very central and will book this hotel again as we visit Llandudno regular brilliant hotel and hoist

Breakfast was lovely full English it was piping hot also a good choice of cereals and fruit juice. The location was perfect as it is very near all the shops restaurants and bars

The beds were a bit hard for me but that’s just my opinion as I’m not used to a firm bed .
