On arrival we were greeted by Melissa, who was so lovely. We stayed in a double room, which while small, had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is included with the price, and even though we didn't have breakfast (not breakfast people), the smell of it cooking was beautiful. We are already planning on returning at some point.

nice friendly welcome, free parking on site, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was sufficient, easy to get into town.

very basic accommodation, but as stated clean and comfortable. Bathroom very small with no shelf to put things on and no towel holder. Did not like the cat hairs in the dining room
