Nice location. Bedding nice and comfy. Full English nicely cooked and served hot.

Coffee machine in room not great. Double bed actually 2 singles pushed together so had to avoid the 'join'. Breakfast lacking - no salt and pepper, no sugar, 'continental breakfast' consisted of slightly stale cereal and some toast.

Very friendly - lovely location. Clean and good quality bedding and toiletries.

I was on a walking holiday with my 20 year old son. We specifically asked for a twin room and received confirmation of this. On arrival we were given a double bed and told that nothing could be done. The light for the en-suite bathroom also turned on a bright fluorescent light in bedroom. So had to use phone torch to go to bathroom in the night.

Breakfast ranged from just toast up to a full English and everything in between and after our evening meal, we were given a complementary special dessert for our wedding anniversary.

The background music was a bit loud but was turned down on request (by others!).

Really close to the towns, Lymington in particular! Cosey, clean lovely atmosphere, breakfast was amazing!

Breakfast service very good. Staff all good.

Room No 1 is very nice, however, the noise from the boiler and the kitchen fan is unacceptable. Saturday night the boiler was on almost constantly as was the kitchen fan. When you have been working all day you just need a good nights sleep. We were moved on the third night as there was free rooms, which was brilliant. Thankyou so much, because of that we will be back again.

Parking could be a challenge if the pub was busy and limited relaxation space apart from squeezing into small public bar. That said the staff and pub goers were very welcoming
