Its a really homely, friendly place, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with good toilet and shower facilities. The kitchen is good too with free coffee and tea which is a nice touch. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Exceptionally well thought through and designed with the best experience for guests in mind. Great atmosphere - both the space and the staff Fantastic Café with live music downstairs. Great place for coffee, food and working.

Very nice place, very well equipped kitchen, nice common space with comfy sofa, great terrace downstairs (perfect for smokers), wonderful location.

The staff is mostly young girls who chat and laugh very loudly in the sitting room, it's quite annoying.

ロケーションも施設も最高でした。無料のコーヒー（豆からも引ける）&紅茶が置いてあり、サービスも良かったです。キッチンが充実していたことに驚きました。すぐ下がカフェになっていて、宿泊すると割引券がもらえました。カフェの雰囲気も良かったです。

Very good location,I really liked the room as you are actually sleeping in the dark Staff very helpful and nice communication and easy access 12 min from the train station and many good restaurant around and you can use bicycle for free also Go for it

Just the 100yen for a towel most of the hostel they give for free

I like this location in Matsumoto as its close to the old part of town and Castle along the river. I was expecting a guesthouse but it really felt more like a backpackers. Young European ladies running the hostel were lovely but were unable to give much insight to Matsumoto as they too were travellers. Place was clean and we had our own room of 4 bunkbeds for the two of us. I probably should have done my research a little better with regards to standard but overall we were not unhappy with our stay for the price and only being there 2 nights. Would recommend to young travellers looking for dorm like accom with a group.
