I felt this was a good value. They were very helpful and friendly.

The down side was that the walls are thin, but thats pretty common.

Don't take Credit cards,trying to cheat booking .com of their commissions,we stayed 3 nights not one,they drive us to railway station to use credit card facility there,there is NO SIGN when you book in to say "NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED",this should be fixed,not fair to travellers

The host was very nice and helpful. He picked us up from the train station and helped us with everything we asked him. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The location is fine but there’s not much to do here. If you want to see nice places you can get a taxi or a motorbike to an other place (Tam Coc or Trang An).

- Big room, comfy beds, nice window view, very clean, strong hot shower and good location - manager was very helpful will supply all your needs from scooters to transfers and recommendations

The staff was great, even allowed me early check in. Since I took the night train from Sapa and the 6 am train from Hanoi it was greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The walls are thin. The noise at 6 am from the room above me was an issue.

We arrived at 4am. They gave our room in this early morning without extra charge and it was amazing …… because we were after 10 h bus ride.

Humidity, but it’s everywhere here

Poor fish stuck in a hyper small dirty acquarium at the ground floor is just super sad :(

loud at night, very little soundproofing.

We were welcomed very warmly. The room is very big and have a lot of storrage space. We got two more big planket, because the weather was cold. The staff is very helpfull, the manager picked us up for free in Tam Coc and helped us to organise our next stay.
