Dai the property manager was extremely helpful and friendly

No lifts. If you arr travelling with heavy luggage... it could be a problem to lift them up to the upper floor

Good rooms as pictured. Very helpful front desk. They organized breakfast at a cafe nearby and booked a car for us to visit the nearby sites. We enjoyed our stay. They also rescheduled a tour when we woke up feeling sick.

This is a good spot if you plan to use it as a base for tours, but it's a very quiet area and there's not a lot nearby. A few restaurants, a corner store, and a cafe for basics but beyond that you need a vehicle.

I had food poisoning while staying here and the owners were very sweet and couldn’t be more helpful in extending our stay while I got better. Lovely hot showers & very clean room overall. Great value considering the price of the room.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and helped us organise an impromptu day tour on a busy holiday. Great value for money, 24/7 check in. No breakfast but would recommend Duc Nhat down the road.

Bed was quite hard.

The room is great and the staff very helpful, they rented me a motorbike for a fair price and booked a bus ticket to go to Hoi An.

The position of Ninh Binh city itself it's not really close to the attractions around, but if you rent a motorbike it's just about 10 minute ride for the main points

The room was lovely and clean and a hot shower was greatly appreciated. The owner didn’t speak good English but a family member did who was incredibly helpful. We rented a motorbike through him, did some washing and booked our onward travel with him.
