Very comfortable accommodation in a great location The guest house is very clean and quiet and exceeded my expectations based on the cheap price Marvellous park opposite for a walk or a run and the picturesque Carshalton village nearby with shops and pubs is so beautiful

Big space, good sharing areas, quiet place and the landlord is very friendly and welcoming. The price is very affordable to be London and it doesn't take too long to go to the city center.

Noise in the ceiling, but not during the night.

There was no t.v the heating was only on scheduled times even doe I requested it 2 b turnt on more then once as it was freezing in the room. Hot water would run out b4 shower or bath cud b run. Couldn't use most of the facilities like cooker washing machine

Everything was perfect! The room, immaculate and huge, with working table and chairs. The host, incredibly accommodating and people like him are a rare breed. The price for my stay for 2 weeks was under the usual asking price which is insane to think about. Finally, the location... I mean, if you ever find something like this... SNAP IT UP. That's a lot for a great stay 👍🏾

Good size room

Not so friendly staff! They let us check in late. And there were no towels not even cutleries! They said stuff in the kitchen are from the tenants who live there. Bed to be honest is not comfortable! The room was cold the radiator isn't working properly and they don't have heater. The guy who hand over the keys (Christoff) could've approach us more politely upon check out to leave at 10am in the morning if the cleaner comes and we're still there they will charge us extra and let the site know and says its breaching of the policy. How can he say that when we didn't make an issue when they let us check in late at 5pm! Check in is supposed to be 2pm! I've got a call from this person (Christof) threatening me to take off this malicious review otherwise he will take legal action out of it. How absurd and how greed for money is what I see telling us he have paid extra for the cleaner even though there's no cleaner who showed up! I will report this unacceptable behaviour and make sure people will be aware of this dodgy behind the scenes operation!
