Guest House Wakabaya

Le personnel est formidable ! ils m'ont aider à trouver un coiffeur et même accompagner et traduis ce que je voulais pour moi !!! Très propre et chaleureux. Le propriétaire m'a accueilli avec un verre de thé et la donner plein de bonne adresses pour manger et sortir (et le tout en français !!!).

L’ambiance chaleureuse, les conseils avisés de Takeshi qui prend le temps de réfléchir avec nous, fait des réservations pour nous, propose des activités adaptées aux familles. On s’est sentis comme à la maison

The host was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to do and where to eat. Very accommodating. The guesthouse was clean, quiet, calm, homey and comfortable. The tatami mats are comfortable and the room is a good size. We could happily have stayed longer and would highly recommend the place.

Wakamiya-san, the owner, is a lovely guy who speaks excellent English and French, and will happily spend a disproportionate amount of his own time helping you plan out your trip not just in Takamatsu, but across the whole of Shikoku. The property itself is well kept, has all the necessary amenities, with some extra flourishes such as free barley tea on tap. The kitchen area also includes essentials like soy sauce and cooking oil so you can actually self cater. Space feels lived in rather than purpose built. As I continued my trip in shikoku, I kept bumping into other people who had stayed at WakabaYa, all of whom had only positive things to say about it.

If I were being hyper critical I would say that the mattress was a touch thinner than I was used to, but it didn't interfere with my sleep.

Merci beaucoup à notre hôte qui fait tout pour que l'on soit installé confortablement. Il parle très bien le français et peut vous recommander de très bonnes adresses pour se restaurer mais aussi vous conseiller les plus beaux sites à visiter, les transports, etc. Tout est parfaitement propre et le logement est très agréable.

Sehr nette Gastgeber. Man ist Mitten drin - im Leben einer japanischen Familie. Die beiden sprechen sehr gut Englisch, sind außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen. Sehr gerne wieder.
