香川及びその周辺を観光するには便利なロケーションだと思います。あとはオーナーが親切で、観光案内や公共機関の情報などをこちらの質問内容に合わせて詳しく丁寧に教えてくれます。滞在に必要なアメニティが揃っているところもよかったです。

特になかったです。強いて言うなら建物の都合上音が響きやすい点がありますが、高性能耳栓が無料で用意されているのでよほど神経質な方でなければ問題ないと思います。
