Very nice place, the host very friedly

The hosts were great and super friendly. The place was clean and comfortable nights sleep, love hearing the birds in the morning and an incredible view from the property. The breakfast is good, feels very homely and welcoming. Please note that you pay with cash at the property. And they have a super cute dog, and wonderful garden to wall around in.

Thomaz is an amazing host, he gave us recomendations, took us to places that i am not sure i would have found with out him. Breakfast was amazing, Great view from the property. I would come back!

Very friendly hosts, great location, free homemade wine and chacha, community feeling. Authentic Georgian experience, access to a kitchen and washing machine, the best and friendliest dog in the world.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, the water in the shower was always lukewarm and never hot, the breakfast was very disappointing.

This is the best guesthouse in Tskhaltubo in terms of location, facilities, view and value for money. We were doing mineral water bath therapy, so proximity to Sources 1 and 6 was very important. The central market is a short walking distance away, as well as the city centre with cafes and restaurants. There’s a beautiful lake just opposite the house, we loved passing by it everyday. Tamaz is an amazing host and makes sure that everyone enjoys staying at his place. We’ll definitely come back here and will recommend Tsivi Tba to our friends.
