This is a fantastic place to stay—a truly local guesthouse with hosts who are full of great tips about Tskaltubo. The city itself is a hidden gem, rich with old sanatoriums and lush green spaces. The hosts were incredibly responsible, kind, and welcoming. We only stayed for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer. მადლობა მასპინძლებს!

This is a Very comfortable house provided by lovely hosts. Tamaz an Mtvarisa are always ready to help you and give advices about local tourist directions. Rooms and Kitchen are super clean. Tamaz’s Garden vine, made by himself is always on the table, :))) he invited us and we enjoyed :))) we recommend this beautiful house with paradise garden to everyone. Thank you to Tamaz and Mtvarisa.

The house is located very close to the central park. The room has a shower and WC, everything is very clean. Next door is a kitchen with everything you need to have breakfast. The garden is very beautiful and it is nice to have coffee in the morning in the shade of the grapes. The owners are nice and helpful people.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

Hosts were super hospitable and attentive and it felt very cozy during our stay. We also learned a lot from the host about things to do and he gave us a few tours around which we really liked. The garden was very nice.

Beautiful atmospheric Georgian house with wooden beam ceilings and fully fitted kitchen, and a vine lined sunset patio with orange trees! Super friendly hosts, with plenty of advice and options for excursions. Perfect place for an ultra budget spa break with £12 full body massages, £8 mud wraps and healing spa water sessions at Spring No 6 a short walk away. I will be back.

The family that owns this place is friendly and said we could help ourselves to wine whenever we wanted it. They also provided a very nice breakfast on our first day there. The location is pretty good for Tskaltubo, which is only a small town anyway. There is also a full kitchen and washing machine for guests to use which is good.

The thing that really lets this place down is that it is neither comfortable nor peaceful. It was very hard to sleep at night as there was no air conditioning in the room and the noise of dogs and chickens nearby kept us awake. Also, the windows in the room didnt close at all and the owner had to keep reminding us to turn our lights off each time we left the room so that they didn't attract insects.
