Wonderful location. Perfect for us with our dog - enclosed garden where we had a take away evening meal. Very pleasant welcome from Graeme.

The bathroom was very small but good news as it’s going to be made into a larger ensuite very soon.

Location. Overpriced for room, facilities breakfast.

No on suite as such but facilities were next door, very small shower room not clean, in state of bad repair due to tiny sink on top of toilet cistern this was not functional to wash face, clean teeth etc and no sink in bedroom to enable a good wash. No bedrooms have an on suite! Breakfast room large kitchen and table but continental breakfast very disappointing. Very basic bedroom, broken blind, tv did not work. Door not a good fit between frame - so a gap - my bedroom was just inside front entrance downstairs so I could see all visitors through gap when they walked down the passageway from my bedroom (not very private). . photos below show tiny sink, damaged wall panels behind toilet, bedroom door shows the gap. Shower needs a thorough deep clean.

Bathroom was a joke Converted broom cupboard under the stairs I have never seen a wash basin built into the top of a toilet cistern but that is what there was. Nigh on impossible to have a wet shave and barely enough room to get undressed before getting into the shower
