Amazing location could not get better in Tynemouth Lovely fire keeping room warm very comfortable and able to easily come and go and easy breakfast

Cold bathroom but it’s the time of the year and old house. A smell of pets.

Graeme was a good host, communicated well and was helpful. The setting of the property is right by the sea so it's in a prime spot.

The bedroom was fine but had no-en-suite bathroom. The bathroom was a small room down the hall just outside the kitchen (felt like a former under-stairs cupboard). The main thing was the tiny basin which was on the top of the toilet cistern - you could just about brush your teeth but no good for shaving. I am not precious about accommodation but It seems expensive (£145/night) for what you get.
