Location

Unfortunately, the air conditioning is not working and the room is quite hot. This is not an apartment, but rather a room with a separate bathroom — there is no kitchen or coffee machine. The bed is quite old, and the towels are not very clean.

"Nice flat between station and seafront"

Great location about halfway between railway station and seafront. Room was nice enough, with little balcony overlooking street. Simple self check-in instructions.

Very small bathroom - there are 2 different flats on 2 floors, 1 has the bathroom with jacuzzi bath, the other just a shower - and not much space at all. Having to cross landing to bathroom isn't really a problem, as it's still private just for your room. It would have been nice to have more than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper though, which felt a bit mean.
