Great location about halfway between railway station and seafront. Room was nice enough, with little balcony overlooking street. Simple self check-in instructions.

Very small bathroom - there are 2 different flats on 2 floors, 1 has the bathroom with jacuzzi bath, the other just a shower - and not much space at all. Having to cross landing to bathroom isn't really a problem, as it's still private just for your room. It would have been nice to have more than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper though, which felt a bit mean.

Clean, great location and easy check-in.

We loved the location. It is near everything and in a beautiful street.

It is a good location to make a trip to Tuscany or a sandy beach. The room was nice, our dog was also welcome.

The host wrote to us one day before we arrived, that there is road renovation in our street... there was just one chair for two person and no table. We were with a dog and there was no cleaning tools. So it was not so comfortable.

I Loved the location it was perfect, a big, clean and comfortable room with plenty of storage. The host was great, she even supplied an extension cable for my fire stick, we were warned about the roadworks but they turned out to be an advantage as the street was closed to traffic so it was very quiet at night. I liked: the fridge and kettle in the room the shower, the clothes dryer on the balcony, and the comfy bed with vintage cotton sheets Try the Chinese restaurant across the street; it is amazing, and there are lots of lovely shops nearby. A 5-minute walk to a spectacular beach and the train station is only minutes away
