Ayona Beach Villa

My 4 nights stay in this villa was absolutely amazing. The owner's family is very hospitable and welcoming. I really enjoyed close to the sea location and falling asleep with a waves sound. Local meals cooked by owners mom were so delicious and healthy. Room is very well maintained and with a great sunset view with palm trees. ATM Commercial bank is in a walking distance 10 min. Absolutely happy with place and hope to be back one day.

We did not order meals. street food is available along the beach road in the mornings. Vendors are happy to accept orders for food and free delivery. The property owner is ready to provide meals. The location is isolated as nearby business offering similar facilities appear to be closed.

A wonderful home within walking distance to the beach. The one bedroom apartment on the ground floor was spacious and clean. The food was excellent and the host was friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Stayed there after our arrival. Short drive from the airport. Dilan and his wife went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable! The dinner was fantastic! Unfortunately I had an accident while swimming- special thanks for your help in that case Dilan!!

Very friendly owners who helped us with everything. Easy to reach with whatsapp, the wifi is good. Nice place to experience local life and beach (without any facilities, but trees for shadow), far enough from the busy mainroad. The main road with some shops, bank, restaurants is just 700m walking. Nice food served in front of the room for very reasonable price. Seaview from balcony. Hot shower It is a good place to recover from the jetlag!

Nothing really, it is as you might expect. If we have to suggest something: maybe some shampoo can be provided and a mosquitonet will be helpfull (so you can sleep with open windows and turn on the balconylight in the night!).

Stayed for 1 week and will come back - says everything. Staying at this villa was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The location is perfect—just a short stroll to the beach—and the value for what you get is truly unmatched. The food was incredible, with fresh, delicious options every day that made every meal feel special. The customer service was outstanding, and the host made all the difference. They were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. Honestly, I might have taken advantage of their generosity a little (they were just that amazing!). Whether it was arranging activities, offering local tips, or simply ensuring I was comfortable, they went above and beyond every step of the way. If you're looking for a relaxing, memorable stay with exceptional service, incredible food, and great value near the beach, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

The owner and his family are very friendly and supportive! I felt very good and I’m glad I chose to come here. The food was very good, the view from my room incredibly! I fall asleep and woke up every day hearing the music of the ocean!
