"Great stay, beach close and excellent food!"

Nice place to stay for a day or two. Clean, nice room very close to the beach. Nothing much around, so better for people who have a scooter or tuk tuk to drive around. Excellent food!! I would say, the best food on my trip in Sri Lanka. Italian nuance, brilliant pasta and Sri Lankan traditional dish was very good! Not too spicy ( i asked also not spicy) I liked my stay here.

Well, on my stay there were minor issues with leaking roof (will be fixed near future) and the shower handle was broke but these are easily fixable.

Ayona beach villa is situated facing the sea and has a nice view. The villa is very clean, the owner is a polite person they know well how to treat their clients. The villa is value for money. I loved the stay.

"Idyllic family run villa"

The villa is beautiful and had everything i needed. The owners went above and beyond to insure i had a wonderful stay. Home cooked food was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend to everyone for a relaxing stay in rural setting.

It was just like advertised. The owner made our stay feel very homely and took great care of us. The meals were delicious and the rooms were clean and very comfortable. 10/10 a very good holiday!

The stairs to the very top floor that is only for maybe horizon viewing is a little steep.
