Comfortable room, it was very hot and the owner had provided a fan which helped.

Breakfast was offered from 8:30 but we had to leave before this and would have liked an earlier time. The owner did lay out a continental breakfast for us at 7:30 that was very tasty but the addition of a cooked option would have set us up better for our long walk on Offa's Dyke in the extreme heat.

"One night was enough staff was friendly however the house was unclean."
