Great location and pretty much as expected for the price! Very pet friendly which was great as we were travelling with our dog. Location was good, easy to walk into the centre of llangollen with parking at the property. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

The cooked breakfast was very average, could have done with the option of brown or white bread rather than jus tbeing given white toast and the addition of some baked beans wouldnt have gone a miss and being asked how we wanted our eggs cooked. The room could do with a little updating and a better hoover, we loved that it was pet friendly but there was a lot of fur in the carpet.

Quiet place to stay. Easy walk into town and the canal boats including the aqueduct boat trip. Lovely breakfast. We booked a small room so used the cosy lounge to relax in

Lovely guest house only a few mins walk from the town centre with plenty of parking, which is a bonus. Nice breakfast and comfy, spacious room. Quiet location too.
