Room was very clean. We had dinner and breakfast at restaurant attached to the property, which was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Convenient location.

Nothing of note.

"Excellent overnight for ferry"

10.0

The location is perfect for the ferry. We arrived late (1 am) I'd found out which room I was in and its location, which helped greatly, but they've got a good system in place for late arrivals. Staff were lovely, breakfast was really good. Room was comfortable and more than adequate for our one night stay.

These are suggestions rather than dislikes. Bathroom could do with a bath mat or extra hand towel for coming out of shower. No shelf in shower for 'bits', which was awkward for my husband, who has mobility issues.

"Overall it was ok, just a mix of good and bad."

6.0

The room was spacious and comfortable and clean with a nice en-suite. The food we had was very good quality and the staff that served our evening meal were very friendly and helpful.

The television didn’t work, there was group of people outside talking loudly and shouting until quite late. The area we had to sit in for meals because we had a dog with us was less than inviting, quite scruffy and not very nice.

"Breakfast superb.. Size of room was tiny. Poor value."

Breakfast and staff excellent Plenty of parking Room clean and modern

Room tiny and expensive for its size, therefore extremely poor value for money compared to other places. Room had DVD s but no player Stuff had been stored in wardrobe taking up space
