No breakfast, the place is horrible,,old towels n the room was too small ,couldn't move around

Bedding was not that clean. Had a bad smell and there was cat fur in the bed and dust.

The host was pleasant.

Pool. Nice place to be when you don't want to get caught up in busy beach crowd on hot days...Location and facilities are adequate and value for money, bargain to say the least. Place is nice and photos are what place USED to BE!

A lot hads changed... housekeeping needs attention, black bags and some bins not emptied on arrival... found stinky stench and maggots in already full black bags (on arrival????).... braai area not cleaned or refreshed on arrival. Fumigation and pest control below par... found big roaches coming out of apartment cracks at night ... not a good lullaby... Pool not 100% clean

The accommodation had no ventilation. Bedrooms were stuffy as there was no draft. There is little kitchen space and the kitchen is not well equipped. The roof leaks and the wooden floors have lifted. With all the rain we had there was water dripping all over the dining area. Mouldy smell the whole time in the house. Everytime you open the cupboard and the kitchen especially, you get a smack of mould smell. Limited hot water. No wifi and bad reception in the rooms.

The room was hot. The AC was not working. The fan in the room only circulates the hot air. The shower head could not be adjusted causing the spray to come out the sides instead of the spout.

At arrival on Aqua Vista, the stunning views captured our attention, along with the beautiful pool. However, upon looking deeper into the pool, we realized it was green and we could not see the second step. The host, a very nice man, was still cleaning the accommodation. As we entered the house, we realized there would be no air conditioning, only two fans. As we came into the kitchen, there were only four saucers, four cups, a small kettle, and a refrigerator. When the host finished cleaning, there were still cigarettes in the ash trays, and the pool looked untouched from its previous state. That night, cockroaches raided the floors, along with a caved in ceiling and cracked mirrors. The lights in the bathroom weren’t working, meaning we had to shower in the dark. Guests need to understand that there is no Air Conditioning. The views and the kind host were the best things about this place, however with thorough cleaning and a little renovation, this could be a gem. I would not recommend this to others, but I would if more work were put in.
