Aqua Vista Accommodation

I stayed for one night. Checked out. Moved to another venue. Need a refund for the funds paid in advance. No water. Room smells of dampness Wrongly advertised. No a B and B. Advert misleading. I can give a very bad review on social media etc. please refund my money. You can Norman how long I stayed there. I left on Saturday morning. It derailed all my plans I had for the long weekend.

Attend to the above. You cannot rent an apartment with water challenges. Inform the client that you have water problems. I had to make several calls in this regard

It has great potential but it's a little rundown. Bedding and towels not in a good condition

Bedding towels. Toilet seat missing. No hand soap

Did not get breakfast

I asked for no stairs and got many. Soiled linen. Cracks in walls. Door into main house. No aircon remote. Unkempt.

We booked at AQUA VISTA because of the venue and pics made it look lovely......BUT

It was truly dismal. On arrival the property looked shabby with empty plastic bottles and items strewn in the room next to the stairs which was not welcoming. The bathroom was filthy and had not been cleaned from the previous guests, the shampoo and shower gels were left open and poured out over the rack. There was a dirty towel placed over the shower step. The lights did not work well with missing bulbs and loose wires hanging out the ceiling fixture. The manager opened an interleaving door and told us to lock it behind him. We were a mother and daughter spending the night as we were attending a wedding so didn't feel safe with this and then when we tried to lock the sliding door it did not lock. We packed up and left and booked into Selborne for R995 including breakfast which was wonderful. I really was disappointed with Aqua Vista and really feel ripped off after paying R800 for the night it wasn't even worth R300 and really would not recommend a stay there On arriving at the wedding we were informed that other guests had also booked out as the bedding had not been cleaned etc

Dirty floors, dustbin, fridge, bathroom blinds. Pool was green. Kitchen cupboards dirty as well as the walls. In general the unit is not looked after.

No breakfast

The place was clean and safe. And quiet too. The view from the pool side was very nice.

it was self-catering, the swimming pool, the owner, was out on a daily , friendly i really enjoyed my stay thanks

we had all we needed in the rooms was great
