"Could have been better."

The location. Staff were welcoming.

The shower wasn’t as clean. I was extremely cold. Another blanket and a bedside lamp will make the stay better. I was awakened at 07:30 by cleaning staff shouting and talking loud outside the rooms.

The "SHE" bins that they had in the room are not ideal. I could see traces of 🩸 🩸. It would be great if they can use enclosed "SHE" bins.

"My stay was good besides the incident that happened before we were leaving the place"

It’s self catering so you bring your own food. Location was good

There was a guy l don’t know whether he’s a manager or senior staff member who chased us out of the room when we were still waiting for a cab imagine even this cab contacts number l got from him but at 06 minutes past 10 he forced us to get out of the room. He didn’t even said go and wait for a cab at the reception he forced us to leave the by that time I’m with my 8 months pregnant girlfriend imagine. I felt sorry for those who work under he’s supervision he always want to show that he’s the main guy he is abusing his powers there was a grandma who work there as a cleaner who was running like a headless chicken coz she was scared of this guy l was so heartbroken to see such things

Clean and spacious rooms.

No AC, room was very cold. very unacceptable noise from other guest in the early hours (1am-3am).
