The swimming pool was not covered.

Nothing at all the pictures are different from the actual place

The set up of the family room, the bathroom trap door ceiling was wide open, we left the property at 5am due to someone knocked at our window in the morning hours. The noise was loud there was a loud noise and a lady screaming out of her lungs around 11pm

Friendly staff and welcoming

I didnt like the fact that i had to leave, The kids wanted to go back.

They did not serve breakfast

There were no cameras on the parking space to monitor the safety of our cars.

location Gloria and Bonnie was very helpful

The place has a beautiful layout,lots of potential however,there'is a definite need to brush up on hygiene and proper housekeeping,simple things were missing like a towel rack,broken table,spoons, communal kitchen is greasy and not well kept with the result it is possible as to why it has roaches
