Staff were rude, we were offered a room with no aircon and a door that didn’t lock. Facilities were dirty our broken. A very poor experience, would not recommend.

The family room was nice and intimate it was perfect for my family.

Staff could've been more prepared for the guest. Kitchen was not clean enough to use and the dining area was also not clean. :(. Staff can show a little bit more enthusiasm towards their job as they seem not welcoming. But there's always room to do better, would give the place another chance if I have to go again.
