I did not like any thing about it as we have not used the services as its is unavailable

The accommodation was not provided as charged and after going to the property , they said only one room is available and not 2 rooms. Actually confirmation is given for 2 rooms for 4 adults. Regarding the situation they have not informed us and after going to the property they informed me about this situation that rooms are not available. so much of inconvenience and owner of the property does not have curtesy to say sorry. I have not yet got my refund for the services not used as we have to book the rooms in different town. Cleanly ness is not up to the standard when i checked the one room just by watching. No response to the messages or emails or phone calls.I never ever recommend this property to any of my friends

I didnt remain long enough to comment on anything other than the fact I walked into what looked like an abandoned upper floor!!

I arrived to find the property unstaffed, rang the number on booking. Com, he said he would arrive soon, after about half an hour he rang and told me to gain access by some external stairs to the first floor, what waited me was a landing covered in litter, all the bedroom doors were wide open to expose what I can only describe as derelict room with mattresses bedding curtains and all associated bedroom spoils scattered a strewn every where, I did find the room in the middle of this mess but could not wait to get out of there, I therefore went on booking.com again and just managed to find the dale hill hall hotel as the only place to accommodate a solo traveller, had a very nice stay there but sadly cost about 3 times what I expected to pay at the devonby ship, which I at the very least need a refund from!! I have video of the mess, but will not let me load as asked for photos

The room and bathroom was ok but could have been better. The plug was missing off the sink in the bathroom and the room was very cold. There was no breakfast included in the price we paid.

Making sure there was a plug in the sink and putting the heating on prior to our arrival would have been an improvement.
