Relaxed vibe and convenient location, close to an excellent pub for dinner. Breakfast was tasty and generous with good range of options. Lounge area to sit and read was a plus. Plenty of parking.

Single room was a little warm and very noisy with traffic passing outside. There is double glazing but window needs to be open to let in air. Soundproofing not great. I could hear other people in the house/corridor outside.

Breakfast was delicious and the accommodation very homely. Matt and Amy went out of their way to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The guest house is ideally located on the outskirts of chichester
