"Great choice for a comfortable stay near Chochester."

Comfortable, cosy and well equipped rooms with everything provided for a relaxed stay. Close to all Chichesters attractions The fresh milk provided and lounge area are a lovely touch. A good breakfast is served and the host is friendly and attentive .

Its on quite a main road so can be noisy if you have your winodw open if that bothers you it didn't me. Breakfast served on a large communal table not ideal for couples but great for families and groups.

"Overall enjoyable but comfort was an issue for us"

Breakfast was great, Matt and Amy were great hosts

For us we found the beds uncomfortable and experience a lot of noise from the road which was made worse as due to the heat we had to keep the windows open

"Eaves Rest."

It was clean, comfy beds, good bathroom families, brilliant breakfast. I loved how the chichester prints in the room were framed in the wood to match the decor.

STAIRS! forgot to mention my disability, so it was a bit of a challenge climbing up to the room!!! But worth it !!

The property was well located for our visit. Our room was well appointed, very clean and the host provided an excellent breakfast. The owner Matt was extremely friendly and helpful and provides brilliant customer service.

Nothing, we were completely satisfied with the service provided.
