La presion del agua en la ducha es muy poca.

The location is great and the zoo is small, but lovely. Breakfast was decent.

The room is generally a bit uncomfortable and floors were dirty. Balcony had 1 plastic chair for a family room.

Wunderschönes Hotel etwas außerhalb von Valladoid. In dem Gelände gibt es einen Zoo, wo auch das inkludierte Frühstück serviert wird. Eintritt in den Zoo ist mit im Preis inklusive. Auch Paddelboote ausleihen und Minigolf ist mit dabei. Die Zimmer sind schön und ausreichend groß. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Zum Kochen ist das Zimmer nicht geeignet. Schöner Pool und nettes Personal. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, le lieu calme, reposant avec les animaux. Le repas et petit déjeuner sont bons.

Loin de la ville, obligé de prendre un taxi. Pas d eau disponible, quand on est loin de la ville ou des commerces c est embêtant.

We stayed at Vallazoo as a large group. We were a group of 29. Practically booked all the rooms. Our kids loved this place. Our family really enjoyed our time together by the pool area. There were plenty of seating options for all of us while we made and prepared meals together. The small kitchenette is very useful. It has a cutting board, knife,2 coffee cups, couple of plates, cups a coffee maker, mini fridge and a microwave. We stayed in the family room with the loft. Beds are soft which is a big deal for me in Mexico. Also has a very relaxing hammock inside the room. Everything is very spacious, including the bathroom. You also have the option to enjoy two breakfast meals included at the Vallazoo restaurant per day. That was nice since you are out of town and not close to food options. The prices of purchasing food there is decent not over priced. The kids and grown ups enjoyed the zoo, canoeing, mini golf and just the open spaces of the property. The staff there were very kind and helpful. We will definitely return. Book this place your family will love it!

Très belle expérience, endroit unique où vous avez le privilège de vous promener dans le zoo en dehors des heures d'ouverture. L'appartement est spacieux et confortable pour un tarif très raisonnable. La piscine, très agréable, est située en face dans un petit jardin fleuri. Accès gratuit à différentes activités et petit déjeuner compris. Enfin, l'endroit est très calme et parfait pour rayonner dans une région riche en cenotes et sites archéologiques.

L'eau n'est pas toujours chaude et le petit déjeuner servi trop tard.
