The huts and the pool make for a cosy setting. Very attentive staff. When we needed a bigger bed it was no problem at all. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced.

The pool was dirty (bugs and a layer on top) but when i told them it was quickly cleaned. The park itself clearly has seen better days and some of the animal enclosures are too small and dirty. It made me a bit sad. But then again, the animal on your plate probably has had a worse life.

Todo súper bien, instalaciones, atención, desayuno súper bueno, zoológico, tour nocturno. Muy recomendable.

My kids still can't stop talking about it :) We loved the property, we loved the room (although the kids were disappointed we got a room with deer, they wished for iguana or jaguar :)) It is such a beautiful setting with the pool - all the surroundings were incredibly green. We visited the Zoo, which we liked (if you are against Zoos in general, then don't go) - the animals have a decent amount of space, and I think they treat them good. I have never seen a black panther before so that was really nice. The location is in nature, outside the town, but still 10 minutes by car to the centre. The big supermarket is on the way to the centre.

We had to leave very early for Chichen Itza, so we didn't get breakfast. I understand this is a protocol, but maybe they could consider having some kind of packed breakfast because I am sure many guests leave early, as we did.

Excelente atención, muy limpio. Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas, las camas cómodas, la piscina muy limpia. El zoológico podría decir que el mejor de Yucatán, los animales estan bien cuidados, con un espacio si no grande al menos suficiente y se ven muy bien cuidados.

Wir waren 4 Personen und haben für 2 Personen kostenlose Frühstücksgutscheine pro Übernachtung erhalten. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und preiswert. Der kostenlose Zugang zum Zoo mit vielen exotischen Tieren war super.

Der Geruch in der Unterkunft war unangenehm.

Easy going staff who came to meet us even though we were very late arriving.

Signposting could be easier off the main road.
