Pre booked with booking.com on arrival the receptionist explained no rooms available, very disappointing as we paid for a taxi to get there and then had to pay another taxi to take us to another hotel. The receptionist gave me a bit of paper with names and said can you see your name, I showed her my booking and a man that was sitting there laughed and said I just took the last to rooms. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

We received all necessary information and support, place was nice and good location, comfortable beds

There is no hot water so be prepared for that Breakfast was a toast and a jam so we didn't ate too much.
