So cheap! Good value for money considering - great aircon and there is wifi, though a bit patchy. Staff were friendly. Doesn't mention on booking.com that there is no hot water in the property which we were told at check in but to be honest, it was so hot in Yogyakarta, this wasn't too bad. There also wasn't a sink in the bathroom so brush your teeth in the shower. The location is a bit out of the way of town but interesting to stay in a more local area - didn't see any other Western tourists!

The facilities

Although the place was decent, there were a lot of unexpected and unpleasant things. For example, air conditioning was available only for extra price or the breakfast that was promised was just plain bread laying in the kitchen with a jar of jam.
