We did not receive the room we booked and paid for. Instead, we were given a smaller and inferior room that did not match the photos or description on Booking. The room was dirty, with visible hair, and several advertised amenities were missing. When we complained, the owner refused to take responsibility and showed no empathy. The only solution offered was to change the sheets, and we were told to “manage on our own” if we were not happy. Due to the poor hygiene, the wrong room, and the unacceptable treatment, we left the property and did not stay overnight. Very bad management and misleading listing. We do not recommend this place.

Superb location — you can easily walk around the entire city center from here. The room is good for its price.

Since it’s an old building, you can hear everything that’s going on inside.
