El llit

Em van roba un ipad el personal, ja que no hi havia ningú més al hostel i em van fer creure que me l'havia deixat a l'habitació, cosa impossible i enlloc de respondre'm immediatament van trigar 6 hores... I jo ja havia deixat la ciutat. Van anar canviant la història cada vegada, i cada vegada era menys creïble. Vaig haver d'agafar 2 vols per tornar a buscar-lo, ni un perdó, ni un hola ni res... L'ipad estava apagat amb 100% de bateria.... Jo l'havia deixat encès, així no el vaig poder buscar... En conclusió, NO VINGUEU! El pitjor tracte que he tingut mai, i que el propi personal et robi... Es lo últim. A tot això, no tenen cap tipus d'organització i et parlen desde 4 números diferents preguntan-te al mateix es van equivocar de dia de check i ens estaven exigint que ens anéssim (desde diferents whatsapp) quan se'n van adonar de l'equivocació ningú es va disculpar... Per fer el check in vaig haver d'escriure a molta gent diferent i ningú contestava... Un complet desastre. Sincerament, no sé com continua aquest negoci portat per gent tan terriblement incompetent.
