Aeolian Ranch Guest house

The location was excellent and the tranquil setting was very nice. The views from the common area were also very nice.

The place is in need of some major updates, cleaning and maintenance. Owners seem to have stopped taking any pride in the place.

Quiet, greenery seen everywhere

Paid for private “ocean view room” but the shower in the room was broken. Had to leave private room to share with others.

We spent two nights at Aeolian Ranch and were happy with our choice. Good value and an excellent location. It's a hostel vibe: private rooms with a shared kitchen, shower, and beautiful common room with a nice view

The main negative is that our room and bathroom floors were less than clean, something that may be inevitable in a building with mixed indoor-outdoor architecture.

The bed was great

Going to bed to the sound of frogs and waking up to the rooster. The view and being high up in the mountain.
