Staff are great...

Smelly bed, paper thin and smelly pillows,bed very smelly or stinking... found six spiders in the room... bathroom very small... no towel rail in bathroom, smelly toilet and bathroom, no chairs in the room, balcony had sofa which were filthy... request to replace bedsheets was turned down as the staff believed it was changed. Never been to such a dirty place... Paeroa has better motels at the same price...not at all recommended....

Handy location to good walks and scenery by the river. Good range of communal facilities including spa, outdoor areas, BBQ etc

A lot of road noise, especially in the family unit #8. Cleanliness was poor especially in the common areas (cobwebs, dust, spiders, BBQ handles and utensils greasy and dusty. Fire alarm missing and other is taped over. Electrical wiring is somewhat suspect as many multi plug boards feed several appliances with wires coiled up on the wall. Kitchenette is very basic, no hot water.

Was lovely, especially the massage chairs. They were a hit.

The communal area is fantastic especially if you have a small room like we did which is essentially a bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised at all the little things like having a massage chair and a reading nook as well as a hot tub which we didn’t use.

The BBQ and outdoor areas were a bit dirty but likely from not being used much, not a big deal. The shower was tricky to regulate the temperature.

Was a nice cozy space. Friendly staff.

Some tenants were noisey.
