Riverside Accommodation

The location was good, there’s a lot to see in the area

Beds were very tough, didn’t have a good rest Also could hear every car passing by

Everything was fantastic 👍 the location was right next to the Gorge, with walks and the waterfall nearby. Facilities were great, a bit rustic, not plush but plenty of gear to cook with, no shortage of cooking utensils, crockery or cutlery Super comfy beds, great showers, essentials whilst touring. Anita is a great hostess, always happy and chatty, ready to share local knowledge and tips for sightseeing etc. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her. Many thanks for being such a kind and caring person. Would definately recommend this relaxed and friendly bolthole.

An excellent location, as close as possible to the Karangahake Gorge. The instructions for arrival were neat and clear, perfect for a smooth check-in. The common spaces that we could use (kitchen, living room) were thoughtfully arranged and decorated, comfortable, agreeable to live in. And the spa was enjoyable. The room itself was love at first sight, with its assorted bed linen and cushions. I also highly appreciated the communication with our host.

Excellent location, fabulous hot tub

Has even 2 massage chair and 2 hot pools for a soak in the backyard. Homey feel and very cozy and warm, like living with family.

Rooms might be a bit cold in winter but we were there in summer. Very small bathrooms.

Comfortable room, clean and spacious communal areas, amazing spa pools, unbeatable location!

There was spider on web near kids bed. We would consider it not clean.
