The staff was nice, but not very accommodating.

The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were hardly pillows, the floor had holes in it, and the shower was cold and flooded the whole bathroom floor. The worst was the smell, no matter how many times you opened the window it did not leave. Overall very bad, would not stay here, even the location is not ideal.

Size of room, number of beds, cost!

Cleanliness, lack of maintenance, no hot water.

Amy and George were really kind and helpful. The roof terrace/kitchen were really nice and with a beautiful view. Close yummy bakery and to many bus stops.

The neighborhood is really nice during the day, but it can be noisy in the morning.

the rooms are big and the bed is quite comfortable! the staff despite the language barrier (I don't speak Spanish) is ready to help you. Dora and Monica are kind!
